Your journey follows the Atlantic coastline, taking in famous viewpoints and a stop on Chapman’s Peak Drive before reaching Cape Point Nature Reserve. Here you discover dramatic cliffs, wild beaches and the legendary Cape of Good Hope.
In the afternoon, you trade ocean views for vineyard rows as you head into the leafy Constantia Valley, home to some of South Africa’s oldest wine estates. Tastings at selected wineries introduce you to classic local varieties, all enjoyed at your own pace.

Tour Plan
After pickup from your hotel, you travel through the coastal suburbs of Camps Bay and Hout Bay, enjoying mountain and sea views. From Hout Bay, the road climbs onto Chapman’s Peak Drive, where a stop is made at one of the viewpoints for photographs and a chance to appreciate the engineering of this famous route.
Continuing south, you pass scenic bays and small settlements before entering the Cape Point Nature Reserve. You have time to explore viewpoints and walking paths, possibly visiting the Cape Point lighthouse for sweeping vistas. Next, you visit the Cape of Good Hope for photos and a short walk if you wish. Your guide shares the area’s natural and cultural history, including its role in early trade routes.
Leaving the reserve, you drive toward the Constantia Wine Valley with its green slopes and historic estates. Two wine farms are visited for tastings of signature wines, where you can sit back, enjoy the scenery and learn more about the region’s winemaking heritage. There is also the option to enjoy lunch at a wine estate restaurant, at your own expense.
The day ends with a comfortable transfer back to your accommodation in Cape Town, with additional photo stops possible along the way if time allows.
Pickup and drop-off are included from central Cape Town hotels and many surrounding areas. Exact times for departure and return will be confirmed when your booking is finalised.
